Property Sellers are digging their heads in the sand and not wanting to realize the crash is here and its only just begun.  Prices in may parts of Queensland's Gold Coast have already fallen 50-60% in the past three years.  Some subusrbs have several decades supply in certain price ranges.  Buyers are disappearing faster than the winds of Cyclone Yasi.  And for years all we've heard is 'it won't happen here, this is the Gold Coast!'
