More clever tricks by So Called Real Estate Agents.

Another commonly used trick by real estate agents is advertising a property as ‘Under Contract’ when it in fact was sold by someone else. This is perfectly legal if it’s an open listing. That agent has the listing and the listing is in fact under contract. Why this is not seen as False & Misleading conduct is completely beyond me?

But wait, there’s more, why not continue advertising a property for sale, even when you know it has been sold? I mean, who will stop you? NO ONE! It’s about time the law makers took a good look at the Real Estate industry and put an end to all the misconduct.
